The Wedding Passage is created for the couple and up to ten guests. The yacht is reserved entirely for your wedding, giving everyone the intimacy of a private celebration without asking you to coordinate separate venues, vendors, transportation, and overnight plans.
A dedicated wedding planner coordinates the details, our ordained captain officiates the ceremony you write, and The Private Passage team manages the yacht, dining, service, entertainment, and overnight hospitality.

The couple arrives by private limousine, prepares in separate staterooms, and begins photography or video.

Guests board and receive a welcome beverage while everyone settles comfortably aboard.

The crew provides the safety briefing and a relaxed orientation to the yacht.
2:55–3:00 p.m.
Guests take their seats on the flybridge. The salon is prepared as the weather alternative.
3:00–3:30 p.m.
The captain officiates the couple-written ceremony while the yacht remains securely docked.
3:30–4:45 p.m.
The yacht departs for a champagne reception, photos, passed hors d’oeuvres, and a light chef tasting station.
4:45–5:00 p.m.
The newlyweds are introduced and share their first dance.

The private yacht, ordained captain, professional crew, onboard chef, wedding planner, custom flowers and décor, custom wedding cake, selected photography and video coverage, DJ, full food and beverage service, limousine transportation within 75 miles of the marina, planned fuel, routine dockage, applicable taxes, and standard fees are included. Gratuity is additional.

Reservations and scheduled payments are completed by ACH. Gratuity is not included in the package price. Any couple-requested additions outside the approved package are quoted before approval.
