TPP is currently in development

The Private Passage is exploring a larger luxury yacht and developing its operating program, crew, hospitality, and guest experiences in coastal Virginia. Launch dates have not been confirmed. Website descriptions communicate the intended hospitality concept; the vessel has not been finalized and experiences are not yet operating.

Vessel and capacity

Representative imagery may be used while the final yacht is being selected. The final vessel, layout, amenities, accommodations, passenger capacities, routes, and operating limits remain subject to acquisition, survey, insurance, applicable law, Coast Guard requirements, captain approval, and final operating decisions.

Earlier smaller-group configurations and larger concepts discussed in outreach are not confirmed vessel specifications. Longer journeys with hotel or resort stays, ground transfers, and luggage handling are being explored; partners and facilities have not been finalized.

Dates and event details

Selected dates, seasonal passages, event schedules, performers, tickets, transportation, marina reservations, viewing positions, tours, and individual activities may be provisional or pending. Nothing is confirmed until it is included in a written agreement.

Pricing

Earlier prices for the smaller-vessel concept have been withdrawn while the larger yacht and operating program are evaluated. Final package pricing, group sizes, inclusions, exclusions, accommodation arrangements, and any requested additions will be stated in writing before booking.

Inquiries are not reservations

Submitting an inquiry, discussing an experience, or identifying a preferred date does not create a reservation or obligation. A booking exists only after TPP and the client execute a written agreement and any required payment is received.

Changes and safety

Routes, schedules, activities, and departure decisions remain subject to weather, navigational conditions, vessel readiness, marina availability, and the authority of the licensed captain. Safety decisions may require changes before or during an experience.
