Information you choose to share
When you submit an inquiry, we collect the contact and planning information you provide, such as your name, email address, optional telephone number, group type, experience interests, preferred timing, group size, transportation interest, and message.
Website analytics
We use private first-party analytics to understand general website activity. The system records an anonymous browser identifier, session identifier, pages viewed, referring domain when available, and the time of the visit. It does not intentionally store names, email addresses, or full IP addresses as part of website analytics.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond, assess whether TPP may be a fit, prepare future proposals, coordinate professional relationships, and improve the experiences under development. Analytics information is used to understand which pages and offerings are useful to visitors.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers or professional partners only when reasonably necessary to operate the website, respond to an inquiry, or develop an experience, and subject to appropriate arrangements.
Your choices
You may request that inquiry information be corrected or deleted by emailing davefikel@theprivatepassage.com. Please do not send sensitive financial, medical, identification, or payment information through the website inquiry form.
