Fresh air, views, and room to celebrate
Open-air guest space will support relaxed cruising, conversation, cocktails, and memorable golden-hour service.
One luxury yacht. One private party. One honest price.A new destination every day.
Choose your experience
The yacht is always completely private. What changes is the reason for gathering—and the details we shape around the people you bring.
The Private Passage difference
Fully hosted yacht hospitality with new scenery every day.
Unpack once and enjoy your own luxury yacht, meals prepared onboard by a private chef, attentive service, scenic daylight cruising, and time ashore on your own terms. Nothing is shared, and no two passages need to be the same.
Time that brings people closer
Why we existThe Private Passage is built around something that matters deeply: family and friends need time together. Life gets busy, people drift apart, and even meaningful occasions can become rushed or distracted. The Private Passage creates a private, unhurried setting where people can step away from everyday demands, relax, reconnect, and genuinely enjoy one another—while experiencing coastal Virginia in a way that feels special and personal.
Your private space aboard
The planned yacht will be reserved for one invited party, with an onboard chef, captain, and crew. The final layout will be selected to provide generous gathering areas, comfortable outdoor hospitality, climate-controlled interior space, and private overnight accommodations.

Open-air guest space will support relaxed cruising, conversation, cocktails, and memorable golden-hour service.

The interior will provide a comfortable setting for family time, romantic dining, meetings, poker or casino nights, and entertainment in any weather.

Unpack once and enjoy the true scale of a 120-foot private resort on the water. The Private Passage 120 offers four spacious, beautifully appointed en-suite staterooms and one compact en-suite stateroom with two twin beds, accommodating up to 10 overnight guests in comfort and privacy.
Representative TPP hospitality imagery is shown. The final yacht, layout, accommodations, and capacities remain subject to vessel acquisition and approved operation.
Designed around you
01We begin with who is traveling and what would make the time meaningful, then shape the pace, meals, destinations, and special moments around your group.
The yacht and crew are devoted exclusively to your invited group—never combined with unrelated guests.
Your onboard chef prepares meals around your preferences and the rhythm of each day.
Enjoy the same private resort while a different waterfront setting unfolds each day.

For Planners & AdvisorsThe founder & philosophy
04The Private Passage is not being built merely to place guests on an impressive yacht. It is being built around how they are cared for from the first conversation until they step ashore.
Founder Dave Fikel is a U.S. Navy veteran and former Hospital Corpsman, retired career firefighter and paramedic, mechanic, and experienced small-business owner. Each chapter required careful preparation, calm judgment, honest communication, and personal responsibility when circumstances changed.
Those standards guide TPP. Every experience is planned as the coordinated work of a licensed captain, onboard chef, and professional crew—with the route, dining, service, and details considered before the guest arrives.
Routes, weather, guest preferences, menus, equipment, and contingencies deserve attention before departure.
Conditions can change on the water. Good hospitality responds quietly, safely, and without making the guest carry the stress.
A mechanic's attention to systems, maintenance, and small warning signs supports thoughtful operation and responsible ownership.
Clear expectations, transparent pricing, and straightforward answers matter as much as the yacht, meal, or destination.
Luxury should never mean formality without substance. At The Private Passage, it means privacy, preparation, exceptionally attentive service, and the confidence that someone is paying attention.
